I have already left Canada but worked in a full-time salaried role from January 20 2018 to January 20 2019, 37.5 hours each week.
On my ROE for the fortnight around Christmas and New Year it says I only worked 37 hours that fortnight because we were closed because of the holidays.
I received my all of my owed vacation pay during the following pay period, my last with the company, even though I requested it to be paid over the break during Christmas.
Everything I have read suggests i have satisfied the requirement for CEC. If someone could confirm that would be much appreciated.
