You require at least one year of full time work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation in order to qualify for EE. So if all you have is the NOC C experience, you don't qualify at this time.

Not for Canadian Experience Class, per Scylla's response. If you happen to have at least one year of skilled work experience gained outside Canada, then maybe.

Hmm but my title at work is an Accounting Analyst. I don't have anything apart from a university degree but my responsibilities are more than an AP clerk. Would that be eligible?

You have to decide what your NOC code is, based not on job title but on the duties and responsibilities.

But just a caution - IF you really have an NOC job and you try to fudge some duties to look like an NOC B, IRCC has seen that trick before : )
