Canadian Work Experience for FSW

Hello,

I got an ITA to apply for PR through FSW meeting both CEC and FSW classes. I don't have foreign work experience but I have Canadian work experience at one company for 6 months with post graduate work permit first. Then I had another 11 months of work experience with LMO at the same company on the day I created my EE profile. I had a couple of months of break inbetween these two periods. I still work at the same company.

I know that one year of full time Canadian work experience doesn't have to be continuous and I got points for that. But it is also stated 1 year of full time continuous work experience is required for FSW. Is my non-continuous Canadian work experience sufficient for FSW?

Thank you!

Share your dates with us. Remember EE system takes month as whole so let's say if you have started working from 1/Jan/2015 to 1/Feb/2015 the system would take it as two months from 1/Jan/2015 and instead of of reading 1/Feb/2015 it will read as 28/Feb/2015. So may be instead of reading your 11 months as 11 months it is reading those months as 12 months continuos which is the requirement for fsw. But may be when you submit your experience letters and VO see that it's actually 11 months continuos plus 6 months with a break he can make it as a ground for rejection as you did not fulfill the 12 months continuos work experience requirement for the category under which you got your ITA .

Or seniors can tell more. It's better to make EE topic under its own thread
