Canadian visitor visa while PR pending?

Hi Guys,

I have a question, can one apply for Canadian Visitor visa while there PR is pending? I was thinking of visiting Canada to get the feel of the country. Would applying for Visa affect my PR process?

Yes- you can apply for a visitor visa. No - it won't impact your PR application.
