I am trying to assist an artist (Tunisian passport holder) receive a Canadian visa and come to Canada for a one week stay as part of a performance. The MyCIC document checklist is proving very challenging for him to provide all documents. Also, he is unable to attend a VAC in person for biometrics. He is traveling and near no major european city prior to his departure for canada.
Is there a way to process entirely online and/or courier?
Am I able to fill out his MyCIC online from Canada if I check the representative box?
I believe both of us access the account from different countries and this resulted in the account being suspended. Does anyone have experience with this? We only have one month to receive his visa.
