Canadian University Admissions Info

Hey sups guys , I really need your favor actually i wanna knw that is there any University which gives admission in Master's Program on 2.8 or 2.9 CGPA , if there is any best university for business then let me know guys...waiting for maximum help and your precious advices that will help me or someone else in this forum

For which intake you want to apply buddy? Semester in Canadian universities particularly start in September, and they receive applications for admission about 8-10 months before. So if you are planning for this year, then it is impossible.

u can try ur luck in any of the university like Alberta, calgary and others... but i'll really recommend you to go for Memorial University (www.mun.ca) and Winsdor University as ur CGPA is lower than 3....

Well uAlberta and uCalgary are very high ranked universities (A/A-) so I guess applying over there will be kind of loss of money (only people with wicked cgpa/work experience/academic achievements/gre get into such universities. But like romakhalil said, you can go for Memorial University, Winsdor and few other mid/low tier universities. Just do the homework. There is always hope for everyone out there. Even with just a great SOP, you might secure an admission to a great university despite your cgpa!

Just for the record, apply for MEng.

romakhalil thnkx a lot i just wanna confirm that memorial or windsor will give me the admission , bcox one of my friend applied to windsor but he didn't got his addmission because of 2.8 CGPA , that's why i am panicing and I dont wanna reapeat any courses here to increase my CGPA nd nor stay here in PAK coz ov the current situation

@Versa: dear as Rhasan mentioned that U Alberta and U calgary r high ranked universities and they don't accept you wid ths GPA same wz my prob whn i strtd thinking and applied to them and got rejected. in my search i came 2 know about the other two universities which i mentioned above... they have less GPA requirement and 2nd division but as a matter of fact lots of ppl al over the world apply to these universities and they make merrit out of them and the seats get filled soon with ppl having higher GPA so... make ur way out buddy...

No offense, but it's people like you who actually taint others. Going there and then choosing a different uni is the stupidest thing anyone can do.
VOs reject genuine students because tons of students like you apply too. Who just want to have the time of their life by gettin out of Pakistan.
