Canadian universities with full scholarships

Please are there any international students currently or who will be enjoying full scholarships in canada? I want to apply to universities that will offer me full scholarship(or perhaps close to) for a graduate program (PhD). If you are or you know anyone who is enjoying such privilege, kindly advise me on such universities.
