Canadian universities don't demand payment of full years tuition fee in advance but the Canadian Visa Officer wants that full years fee must be paid in advance. Even then there is no guaranttee for visa. Incase visa is refused we have to go through long procedure of refund. This is torturous.

How can we apply for visa and pay tuition fee to the university only when visa is guarantteed.

Can you please suggest a way.

Hi, All,

actually this is all on the discretion of the Visa Officer, No one can guarantee you that after paying ur full years tution fee you will succeed in getting visa.....

Canada University College offer admission without IELTS for Sep 2016 intake?

Hi, I have earned Diploma in Information Technology and have work experience of 4 years in computer hardware industry. I have already applied one month before (on Feb 8 2016) to York University for Bachelor Degree admission with ESL course but I have not heard anything back from them yet. Therefore I would like to know if there are any other universities or college do accept an application without IELTS and still there is time to apply for it for May or Sep 2016 intake?

Can anyone tell me please that?
