Hello!! My name is Alexandre Protsenko I'm Russian-Ukrainian needs your help about this issue
To Whom It May Concern:

1) I'm a student who is in his last year of Bachelor Degree in Finance. I'm living in Quebec, Montreal. Can I bring my wife from Ukraine who is also a student in Medecine in dentistery faculty?

2) If I would go live and search for work in Ontario while the documents will be in the process, can it delay the evaluation of our case?

3) To rephrase my first question-The question is Canada will allow me to bring my wife to Canada even though I'm not working full time or at all... I'm just a student who felt in love and want to continue my life with this wonderful person and achieve my goals with her...?

4) Is it necessary to have a salary at least $20,500 like mentionned in a Canadian website to see my beautiful princess?

5) If sponsorship is necessary like minimum I have to make $ 20,500 to procede my case and provide guarantees to Canadian government from my work how much I make and let Federal Governmet open a visa for her only under these criterion....can my parents sponsor my wife since I live with them?

With All Respect

I will wait for your response

If you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident you can sponsor your wife. (you just mention that you are a student) If you are a PR or CC, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp You don't have to meet the Low Income Cut off figure if you're sponsoring a spouse. If you are not a PR/CC and are in Canada as a student, then your wife will have to apply for a TRV (visitor visa) if you wish her to join you in Canada. Then you will have to prove that you can support her. If you are sponsoring her, and you reside in Quebec, you must go through the Quebec selection first. http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/sponsors-sponsored/index.html
