Please guide me what are the steps for applying Canadian Student Visa (without consultant), also please tell does anyone got visa with dependents??? are they issuing visa without ielts???

Please share SOP as well.

Everything depends from where are you from, and from where are you aplying

I've got mine without IELTS, and with one sponsor inside of Canada (a friend).

But a lot of other people are having a really hard time with their visas, it depends.
