I'm Canadian and my husband is Mexican, we are just trying to apply for a student visa for him to come up to Canada and do a course here. We are not sure if we would like to stay in Canada or not, but if we want to, would of course do everything legally.
My question is, should we include the fact that his wife is Canadian? Or should we omit it because they might think he will stay illegally because of it?
Also can anybody send me an official link with a checklist for his student visa?
