Canadian Resident however Wife in Pakistan

Hi All,
i am a Canadian resident however i got engaged back home in Pakistan.
I wanted to know the next steps:

Should she apply for a visitor visa and we get married here? Can i apply for her PR inside Canada ?

Should i go back and get married, if so i will file for her PR outside Canada.

Yes you can apply for an inland sponsor if she gets a visit visa. processing time approx 2 years.

Should i go back and get married, if so i will file for her PR outside Canada.
Yes you can sponsor her and the processing time can be approx from 2 to 3 years.

one thing I add , after marriage when you will apply for sponsor your wife out side canada and now a days application has been sent to London uk for further process and your case will finalized within 9 to 11 month, now a days after December 2013 all sponsor cases has been move to London uk, best of luck, Naveed
