Canadian PR Process initiation after the rejection of Australian Student Visa.

I and my spouse, got our WES outcome last year. While simulating the points calculator, we are getting a score of 458. History - In this year, I have applied for Student Visa(Australia) and got rejected stating as "Potential Migrant". So, in our case, what's the probability of proceeding with a Canada PR Visa?

Thanks for the reply. How badly will it affect us? Btw, what is the current invitation cut-off in the express entry rounds?

A refusal will not affect you, if you are upfront about the refusal. Open EE draws are not happening due to Covid. The last one in December was 468.
