Hello,

I am a Canadian PR currently in US on Visitor (B-2) Visa.

I am planning on getting married to US H-1B holder (Citizen of India).

Do I need to declare this marriage to the Canadian immigration while returning back (alone) to Canada?

Also, do I need to get a H-4 visa for any future trips to US?

Thanks.

Canadian PR don't need a visa to visit the U.S.

1. "Canadian PR don't need a visa to visit the U.S." Unless they are from a visa waiver country or Canadian citizens, they do.
