Canadian PR and US H1B

Hi,
I have received my ITA and will be submitting my application soon. I am currently residing in USA with H1B visa and planning to stay for couple more years before I settle in canada.
I will be traveling to India in December for H1B visa stamping.

Having a canadian PR cause any problem in H1B visa stamping or in US Port of entry?

Why would it cause a problem? They are two different countries.
