Jane would have to be willing to sponsor you. You can do an inland or and outland application. Outland is generally faster, but that is from when you are back in india. After you and her get married, depending which of the two applications you used, Jane would need to pay the permanent resident fees ($1040 total) and you and her will need to fill out a lot of forms, all which can be found on CIC's website under family class sponsoring (family/spouse), sorry i can't be more specific about it just yet, you would have to be married first and Jane would have to be willing to sponsor you before I or anyone else could help more.
