Canadian Post-Graduation diploma not recognized by WES

I hold a foreign Bachelors degree (4 years) and a Post graduation diploma (1 Year) from Canada. When I did my WES, I only got the report stating bachelors degree (4 years) and my Canadian study was missing. Technically my highest education is the post-graduation and I am confused why this was missed. In such case, can't I use two or more diplomas, certificate or degrees in my express entry? Kindly help

Why would you need to get ECA for a Canadian diploma?

Same scenario here. Foreign 4-year bachelor's + 1-year Canadian graduate certificate. I did ECA through WES for the bachelor's. Then I submitted both in my GCkey profile for EE. I got the points for "two or more diplomas", as at least one is a 3 or more years diploma (the WES certified bachelor's). I also got +15 points for a 1-year Canadian diploma.

You only need ECA for diplomas earned outside of Canada.
