Canadian physical presence day Calculator for daily commuter to US

Hello All,
I am a canadian PR, daily commuting to US and returning back Canada same day. i am in the process of collecting my presence days in Canada

1. Is there any excel file you guys have which I can use or some guidelines how to make one

2. Do I need to enter the dates if my trip is outside of Canada is within 24 hours?
(Example: I left 4th Jun 2025 9 am to USA and returned on 4th June 2025 (same day) at 3.00pm)

Thats considered as 0 days by the physcial presence calculator. And YES, you still need to give every exit and entry irrespective of the time you being outside.

Thats considered as 0 days by the physcial presence calculator. And YES, you still need to give every exit and entry irrespective of the time you being outside.

2. How to enter dates? Eg: left Canada on 20th June at 10 pm, returned back on 22nd May at 7 pm.
What should I need to enter?
Left date 21st June and entry date 22nd June

What should I need to enter?
Left date 21st June and entry date 22nd June

1. Yes, you should be able to enter same date and it shows 0 days on the calculation column.
2. Forget about the time, if its a day change then you enter it as is. Still it would show as 0 days in the calculation. It would only caculate as 1 day if your entries are 21st June and 23rd June. Start using that calculator you will understand it better!
