Canadian Passport renewal from the US timeline

Hi, my Canadian passport is expiring and I live in the US. The pptc054.pdf application form says that I need to courier (FedEx) the expiring passport and the application to "22 de Varennes Street, Gatineau QC J8T 8R1, Canada". Can anyone please confirm if this is the right address for the FedEx shipment? Also we need to send the application, expiring passport and 2-photos only, right? Thanks!

When in doubt, follow instructions on the application guide. They usually work.
