Canadian passport in DHL ?

If the canadian passport is sent in DHL to USA, will it be stopped at border mail screening area and will be stopped going out of country?

Every mail might be subject for inspection if that's what you meant by "stopped".

Thanks for the update. thats not what i am asking for. My question is that if they find in the screening that its passport, will they stop the passport from being sent to the US destination by any chance ? how risky to do that mailing.

Why would they do such a thing? It is not illegal to send passports by mail.

I was a bit worried on whether they may stop my passport if they find it in the mail screening at border because its destined to USA.

if they dont stop, then its good for me.

I used DHL to send my passport from the UK to Pakistan, no hiccups thankfully. However, according to DHL policy it wasn't allowed. I wrapped it up in carbon paper and included some random documents with it as well just to be safe, but I don't know if that trick actually works.

Depends on your country's regulation. According to Pakistani law, it is not legal to send passports via mail/courier outside the country.
