Canadian Passport and other stuff..

I was wondering as to how much time (current timeline) it would take for each one of the following on average :

1) Obtaining Canadian Passport after getting Citizenship Certificate
2) Getting Surrender Certificate (surrendering Indian Passport)
3) Obtaining OCI Card

Currently in India, but should be returning back and applying from Vancouver

few days - 3 weeks for passport based on urgency
4-6 weeks for SC
8-10 weeks for OCI

If in case I need to add 2 more processes (on the top of list)

1) PCC Police Clearance Certificate (as I have been out of Canada for more than 6 months now)
2) Citizenship (right from the stage of filling online application to upto getting the Citizenship Certificate)
