Canadian New Born OCI Question

I am applying OCI for my Canadian new born, i got confused a bit about adding parents documents. Along with babys original passport and long birth certificate, i am adding parents self attested photocopies (passport first 5 pages and last 2, pr cards, confirmation of pr, marriage certificate). Are these photo copies enough or do i still need to send parents originals ?
