So I met a guy a while ago in mexico have been dating for a while now but do not live in the same Country. I live in BC and he lives in Mexico. He got married when he was younger, he's older now but never finalized his divorce. He is in the process of ending it all now. What I want to know is how long do I have to wait until I can marry him and he can move to Canada with me. Because I am going to school here and can not live in Mexico. Can he still come if he was married before? And is it going to be an even longer process now.
