Good Morning,
I have been living and working in Egypt since September 2013 as my partner is Egyptian, and we have been together since April 2013. As we are approaching our year living together, I would like to start the process of visa applications for us to return to Canada under de facto/common law. There are few problems with showing the evidence as bills are under the landlord's name and my salary is in cash I don't have a bank account, however I can provide a lease with both names on it. I also kept all travel tickets, holiday reservations for us, plus I'm thinking of asking friends, employers, and staff at local places where we dine/visit for witness/character letters, photo copies of my tourists visa prior my move, my resident visa, and work contract.
Has anyone else encounter this? Any advice is welcomed.
Thank you
