I am currently working as a financial analyst at ernst and young uk and willing to apply to Canada for immigration as skilled worker. my query is that is my occupation coming under the 29 occupations (the new list)?

currently the following occupation is in the list of 29:

1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management

does financial analyst comes under this as well?

the Classified elsewhere section on this link is showing that it includes finance analysts?

is that the case?

well i am referring to this classified elsewhere that is under the 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management.

every occupation has different classified elsewhere list.

my occupation is currently under 1112 Financial and Investment Analysts.

is this a part of 29 occupations?

No. Classified elsewhere is there to find a similar job description in order for people to find their right NOC.
Look at the job duties of 1122 and see if you do any of those duties. If yes, then you qualify under 1122. If no, then you don't. Forget about classified elsewhere.
