I think, iskid needs to know how to apply for the immigration to become a citizen. Please go to cic.gc.ca website and look for the process of immigration and how you can apply..

You need to become a PR (Permanent Resident) first, then live in Canada for 3 years, before you can send your application. Overall process between 6-10 years depends on odds and the weather in Labrador...
