Canadian husband by birth married to non Canadian

I intend on moving back to canada with my two kids whom were born outside Canada but I applied for their Canadian citizenship and was successful, I am trying to get permanent residence status for my wife, what would be the best way to do same, she was born in Trinidad ,please send info someone, thanks
