my question is: my wife is pr holder which is expired and living outside canada and we have three childern canadian citizen. my wife doesnot meet the requirments of renwal. and we are planning to go back to canada , would i be able to apply for travel document ? or re-apply for sponsership? whats is the way to let my wife re-enter to canada?
