Hello... i got job offer from my employer in Canada....( i m a foreign ) i have done many things in order to get all approvalls...i have received the clerance letter , the work permit ...and many other things.....but at this stage i got an email from canadian health department asking me to pay 750$ for 3 applicants for the heath care cards,via western union to a person name, plus i received from them the application form.All i need to know if this procedure is fine, because my employer said is my responsability to pay the above sum, if 48h will pass , the application will be rejected and there is no chance for re application. Please advice.

It sounds like a scam. Health care cards in Canada are free if you qualify. To qualify, you need to live in the province. Which province are you going to?
Paying something to a person via Western Union always sounds like a scam though. Also the deadline of 48 hours.

What is the address of the health department on the email, this sounds like a scam.
Health care is provincial. There is not much that has to happen within 48 hours inside of Canada.

If you got a job offer in the mail without having looked for one, it is usually a scam. There are plenty of people looking to come and work in Canada without employers having to resort to mass emails to recruit people. Looking at the website given, like Baloo says, it looks like a booking website, not a hotel. The email addresses being used at at mail.com which is a free email like yahoo or gmail.
