Canadian finance and taxation

I am thinking of taking a manager position as a NAFTA visa worker with a Canadian company division of a US company. I and my spouse have a high income with no deductions in the US. Taxed at about 35% adjusted gross. What kind of increase can I expect to hjave if I go to Canada to work for at least three years??
