is there any chance for after june 2011 will available for 2121 category...

Nobody knows until new next set of Ministerial Instructions are issued on 1st July 2011. Although a review of the occupation list is likely, it does not necessarily mean there will be any big changes to it, since the previous list has only been active for a year.
