Canadian Experience for FSW

Hi,

For FSW/CEC, Work Ex for full time job is 30Hr/Week in a year is eligible requirement. I worked in Canada for 41 weeks and 44Hr/Week (around 1860Hr). Will it be acceptable. I was on a vacation 2 times in a year for around 4 weeks and 5 weeks respectively. Will this create a problem or not ? Pls help

You cannot count this as a year of work experience. You are around three months short.

Any week you work 30 hours or more only counts as 1 week of experience. You cannot use the extra hours to make up for weeks where you did not work. So right now you only have 41 weeks of work experience in Canada. You need another 11 weeks of full time work experience in Canada (at least 30 hours per week) before you'll be able to say you have a year of work experience and qualify under CEC.
