I worked little more than a year of Canadian work experience in "different jobs" under "different NOCs" and have a "few days of break" in between.
I am confused which program I am eligible for between Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Worker Program.

All my work experiences are in Canada. Not foreign experience.
I want to know if 1 year of Canadian work experience in different jobs, whether I am eligible for Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled Worker Program.

Was the experience all in skilled NOCs? If so, then CEC.

Exactly, it should be in 1 or more of these NOC (TEER) 0, 1, 2, or 3.

yeah, the jobs were in TEER 1 and 3 category.
