I recently got ITA on the CEC draw.
I was in Canada from Nov 9, 2019 to March 7, 2020. And I had to go to India for a personal reason and return in a month, but due to the flight bans and covid I stayed in India until Jan 23, 2021. But I was with Canada payroll.
But if I strictly calculate the days that I was in Canada, I am short by almost 29 days to an year. I did calculate the days, but I missed the news that they have reduced the document submission time from 90 to 60 days. So I ended up short.
Can you please let me know your suggestions. Can I go ahead and submit the documents or decline the invite and wait for next draw?
My score is 449.
