Canadian Expereince Class - JOB Switching Question

Hi,

i have completed 2 years full time diploma in Dec 2011.
On Post grad work permit since January 2012
Doing full time job since January 2012 - till today.

Will it be issue if i change job and move to another. And after that i show 1 year work expereince in two different companies.

or

should i continue doing the job which i am doing right now. Finish 1 year and then apply for CEC PR.

I am working as a Quality Associate in Medical Manufactering Company. Can anyone let me know which NOC class if falls under.

I have tried but ended up no where and confused as well.
