I am in a lot of stress and need urgent advice, I am currently in UAE, I arranged job offer in Canada through an agent with a Canadian employer. The employer did my LMIA & applied for my visa to travel. Now when my visa has come, the employer says there's no job for me in Canada. I have few questions,
1.Since there's no job for me in Canada, my travel is useless as it is likely i will be deported as there will be no work permit for me.
2.Will i get any ban if i don't travel to Canada?
3.Can my employer or agent cancel my visa? If so will i be subject to any Canadian ban?
