Well their posted processing time is 9 weeks for a complete application: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp#africa If you have been waiting 4-6 months, I suggest you contact them. Mind their website : http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/kenya/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d says 3 months. So still if it is over 3 months, then contact them.
