I already have a Master of Finance degree that I got in Ukraine (not eligible occupation). The last 2 years I work as a software engineer, and I'm going to get a second degree of CS in Canada, and then apply to the Express Entry.
I found Information Technology Solutions Graduate Certificate program but I doubt if I will be able to get points under "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal (at least one must be for a program of at least three years)" with my not eligible occupation in Finance (my specialization is Economist).
Perhaps you can also give advice what will be more valuable for Canadian companies Graduate Certificate or Diploma. For example Computer Programmer Diploma.
