I have a query that i needed some help .I am a former student of a Canadian College in Toronto and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems and worked for a year in Canada with a valid work Permit before leaving the country to come back to my home country where i have been working for over 7 years now, i intend to migrate back to Canada and wondering if my College English i took in my first year at College as placement would suffice to prove that am able to communicate efficiently in english or i still need to to write the IELTS. Kindly Help
