Here's been a situation to one of my friends.
In October 2018 he has got Express Entry invitation through Canadian Class .
While his file was in process, his workpermit got expired.
Two months earlier to his WP expiry he applied for bridge-workpermit and received it 10 days after his actual workpermit was expired.
4 months later his file was refused because of he failed to provide enough proofs to support his canadian work experience.
The day befor his file was refused, he has got a new job opportunity and has joined the company.
The question is?
Is he eligible to work on bridge workpermit?
After 6 months from his rejectio he again received Express Entry Invitation on November 14th - 472 points.
What would be the best option:
Express Entry / AIPP / NSNP 200
Currently he is working in Atlantic Province.
In his previous application he did not claimed his backhome experience as he already had enough points, it was just that he simply didn't wanted to make his file complected.
Now he choosed to claim his backhome experience. Which is why he received invitation.
Since he has only 3 months of workpermit, he is looking for someone who can process his file.
