Canadian Citizenship

I have been told that our 9 yr old daughter has canadian citizenship since im canadian & my wife is american.

Any one have a link to the form i need to fill out for her & what the fee is

The direct link is <a href="http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certif.asp">here</a>. Just make sure that your child is first generation being born abroad, i.e. you are a Canadian Citizenship who were born in Canada to Canadian parent(s).

As for the fees, the info is also on that site, it's about $75CAD for each certificate. I've done this myself a couple of times from outside Canada for my son and daughter without any problems, you only need the photographs, the fee, the form and of course birth certificates.
