Hi, I have a grandmother who acquired the Canadian citizenship between 1990 and 2000 (I can't remember when), my question is this : Can my mother apply for a Canadian citizenship (My mother is 50 years old and lives outside of canada ), if yes, what are the requirements, if no, why ? Thank you
