Hi people. I am a Canadian PR and have been in Canada for two years now. My employer wants me to move to USA next year(this will be before my completion of 3full years of physical presence)Will I be able to count my stay in USA for Canadian citizenship?

You have to be physically present in the country for at least some time during each day to make it count.

So, if you are working in Detroit area or somewhere else close to the border, you might be able to make it work by crossing over briefly into Canada each day and spend the weekends here..
