Hello,
My Grandmother was born in Canada 1911 and we found her birth certificate.
Being born on Sep 1969, can I apply for citizenship by descent as her grandson.

Hi Canuck78. I am delighted to see your 18926 posts in this forum, therefore, by this time you might have obtained your expertise.
I applied in Feb 8, 2019 AOR in April 10 , 2019 and IP from May 16, 2019. I am 74 years old. As and when enquired about my status from Customer Care
I am always getting a stereotype reply, that case file complete, no missing document, security and back ground chek received and I am in queue.

Dear would you please share your experience as to much more time can be taken or what was the flow of completion of citizen application right from your time till date. My CPC is reported to be Mississauga.
Awaiting your valuable reply. Regards
