Hi - I become permanent residence in Jan 2017. According to the new rule (3/5), I'll complete two years by Jan 2019 and I get one year from the temporary residency time period. I would like to prepare my self before Jan 2019 to have my test passed. I am not sure when is the right time to start preparing for the test and where to study for it. Is it required to get IELTS test again also ?
