Hello,
I had been charged with a Conditional Discharge and had completed my probation successfully
But I am eligible to apply for Canadian Citizenship because, I had a conditional discharge and completed my probation successfully.
So Can a citizenship judge Refuse my application Because of that??
and if A citizenship judge does refuse my application because of that, what can I do? how do I appeal?
thank you for your help, any experts on this would be very much .
and also is it wise for me to ask for urgent processing, Because i want to join the Canadian Military and you have to be a Citizen to join the Canadian Forces.

Hi Mike,

If you are already done with Conditional discharge and probabtion then you have nothing to worried about, you better attach your court details documents with your application. Regarding joining Armed forces I don't know if you can apply if you still have finger prints in your record, however I don't think your application could be proceesed faster based on your intention to join the armed forces.

I think you can be more better helped by any other experienced member regarding later part of your post.

In fact, your application probably will take a lot longer than the average.

Here is a helpful link for urgent processing of citizenship application:

Thankd for reply guys
I am not going to apply for urgent processing
But about the conditional discharge, I had probation from feb2014 to feb2015
And completed it succesfully may 2015 and applied in june 2015
Did I have to wait 3 years before applying?
