4 questions for the experts out there (you know who you are):
1. Pieces of personal identification, we have to send (2). We have our daughter's passport (1), but have nothing else other than her birth certificate and bank account statements which has her name on it (would bank statements count?) There are no health cards in the UK and she doesn't driver cause she's only 3, we are stuck for a second piece of identification
2. Can I go to the police station to have my copies of passports etc... certified (done this in the past for UK passport applications)? I assume the police are an acceptable certifier
3. As I am filing out the application on the behalf of my daughter, do I need to fill in Section 11?
4. Finally, we are planning on movinh to Canada before the year is up, so need to try and get them to speed the application process up if possible. Do we just attach a covering letter with application explaing the situation?
cheers
