Hi,

do children born in Canada whose parents are PR get Canadian citizenship by birth?

Is there any clause/criteria for this? eg. duration of stay in Canada, duration since you got PR.

Yes - they are citizens by birth.

No - there are no rules with regards to duration of stay.
