Hello..I am canadian citizen working in USA with TN Visa, paying tax both in USA and CANADA, also has house and everything in Canada. my family lives with me in USA. as there is a clause says..Sponsor need to live in Canada..do you think i can apply for my parents? i pay Tax, Canadian mortgage and maintain credit card in Canada. kindly advice

To sponsor your parent or grandparent, you must be living in Canada.

OP still won't qualify at that point. The 3 year income requirement must be from Canadian sources.

Start living on border in canada. Like windsor for work in detroit etc. Or shift family to border and make a point to visit every weekand . for all mailing purpose change ur address to canada. Then you may qualify. Cic allow the exception to canada source rule. U ok with USA income but home address have to be in canada

OP must actually reside full-time in Canada for this exception to work.
