Canadian Citizen Son is a dependant?

IMM0008 Generic Application Form For Canada.

I am the principle Applicant. My son is already a Canadian Citizen. Do i still list him as a dependant? in this application. Although in Question 3 "How many family members including you are in this application" I have written 1 (only me).

My Wife (sponsor) and son both are canadian citizens. Do i still list my son as a dependant in IMM0008 Generic Application form?

I have a son as well, but my wife is not his biological mother. We still included him on our application, but it was made clear to the CIC that he is a Canadian citizen by birth (and descent). When I ordered my case notes, I note they have not included him as part of the dependants of the file as well.

So, you don't have to, but it is probably a good idea to.

My wife (Sponsor) is our son's biological mother, Do i still Add him as dependant. Its confusing because he in fact is my dependant but doesnt require immigrant processing as hes a citizen. If i do infact include him, further down they ask about his citizenship. He is a dual citizen. Which one do i include. Should I even include him ?

I am the Canadian, and I am his biological father.

In the dependants section, add him. Add both citizenships. Box 11 Say No he won't be accompanying you, and B the reason: He lives in Canada. His relationship to you is child.

Here's my confusion:
My son will be going to Canada with me. But he doesnt require immigrant processing. My Sponsor (Wife), Myself and our son live outside of Canada currently. So If I add his as a dependant and then also mention he will be coming with me to Canada. This might lead the official to beleive that my son also might need immigrant processing. Although I have mentioned in the proceeding question his Canadian Passport Number and His Pakistani Passport number both. But I do remember reading somewhere to only include those in the application who (A) will accompany you to canada and (B) Require immigrant processing.

Your Canadian child is NOT included as a dependent in the app. Do not list him on IMM0008.

Two more questions please:
1) Do I list my Spouse (Sponsor) in the Additional Family Information form or does it only ask for anyother spouse from a previous marriage (which doesnt apply to me)? IMM5406E
2) Does my Sponsor fill her own version of the Additional Family Information too? IMM5406E

1 - yes, you include your sponsor spouse on the form
2 - no, the sponsor does not fill out any applicant forms. they only fill out sponsor forms.
